چکیده

Lespedeza cuneata, belonging to Fabaceae, is well-known as Chinese bushclover, and it has been used in traditional folk medicines for the treatment of disorders, such diabetes, hematuria, insomnia. As part continuing research projects discover interesting natural compounds with biological activities from Korean medicinal plants, phytochemical investigation L. cuneata resulted isolation five chemical constituents: α-tocopherol (1), 7a-methoxy-α-tocopherol (2), 13(R)-hydroxy-octadeca-(9Z,11E,15Z)-trien-oic acid (3), α-dimorphecolic (4), lupeol (5). The structural determination isolated was elucidated data gathered through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC/MS). Until now, this study first report these plant cuneata. Moreover, (1–5) were evaluated their anti-adipogenesis effects role lipid metabolism during adipocyte maturation. a result, upregulation mRNA expression levels Fabp4 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes treated 3 4 demonstrated that efficiently induced differentiation. Furthermore, found regulate by induction lipolytic lipogenic gene expressions. Therefore, experimental findings supported induce adipogenesis metabolism.

Two new phenylpropanoid glycosides from the aerial parts of Lespedeza cuneata

Two new phenylpropanoid glycosides named cuneataside E (1) and cuneataside F (2), were isolated from the aerial parts of Lespedeza cuneata (Dum. Cours.) G. Don, whose structures were E and Z isomer, respectively. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR). In in vitro bioassays at 10 μmol/L, compound 1 showed moderate...
